Building Three is a co-living, self-made development project that differs in many ways from other types of residential projects. Co-developed and collaboratively planned by their future residents, the residential volumes tuned to particular needs of each resident. In many ways, the sum of all units is the inherently pure result of what the occupants want: a unique intersection of needs, wants, constraints and social relationships (good and bad). The end result is a uniquely sustainable building that has been designed for the financial, social, and aspirational needs of the future occupants, resulting in self-determined spaces, combining into a vibrant co-housing community.
