21014_Melfort Dental

Melfort Dental is a newly constructed nine-seat dental office located in Melfort, Saskatchewan. In collaboration with DP Design, the proposed building takes advantage of a difficult site that is not only triangular in shape, but also sloped severely towards the rear yard. Uniquely prairie in style, the building façade features concrete planter beds filled with local prairie grasses, with large cantilevering overhangs to shed water on the plant life. Featuring a stone finish, the building stands out along a main through road within the city of Melfort, providing a unique and attractive storefront to the community.
