96 Maryland is a four-storey building consisting of three residential units facing the back lane. The façade design utilizes varying colours, vertical wood, and aluminum siding to break up the massing of the building and to distinguish the two sides. The unit layouts create efficiencies with their open concept living and dining spaces. Value has been added to this project with careful construction methods and playful material choices. Switchback stairs were utilized to crate efficiencies in circulation spaces.
